Terms & Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our website visitors. By using our website, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions. We offer a range of services, including events and life coaching professional services, and these terms apply to all of our services. Our Terms and Conditions cover the following areas:

  1. What intellectual property rights do we own?  We own all intellectual property rights associated with our website and services, including copyrights and logos. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written permission.
  2. What happens if we need to suspend or cancel your account? We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time, with or without notice. If we need to suspend or cancel your account, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  3. What happens if there is a dispute?  If there is a dispute between us, we will try to resolve it through mediation. If mediation is not successful, we will resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Investment and Payment Terms:

  • Specific fees and coaching event packages are on offer of which group programs and one-on-one programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way.

  • For each of these packages, the Coach requests commitment from the Client for the duration of time outlined in the specific package.

  • The coaching schedule will be arranged between the Coach and the Client and can be booked up to 3 months in advance.

  • Fees can be paid online using the online payments systems or in exceptional circumstances, by prior arrangement, over the phone by bank transfer or in cash.

  • a Non refundable deposit of 50% may be paid to secure a booking and the balance will be due 14 days prior to the start date of the booking.

  • The Client understands that full payment upon booking qualifies them for a 5% discount.

  • Where payment has not been received as set out in these terms, the coach is not obliged to provide any services.

  • The Client may contact the Coach by phone or e-mail between sessions to seek clarification regarding anything arising from a coaching session or for administrative purposes (e.g. where a client needs to rearrange a coaching session or make a payment).

  • Additional coaching or support work can also be provided between sessions but there will be an additional charge for these. The Coach will always advise a client in advance if the nature of a client’s contact is likely to incur an additional charge and no such charges will be imposed without the Client’s agreement.

  • Business Coaching Clients and Groups may allow for payment on receipt of invoice. Where payment is required on receipt of invoice rather than in advance, a charge may be levied for late payment.

  • The Coach may agree to provide additional coaching sessions after completion of the initial agreed session(s). These terms and conditions will apply to any additional sessions so provided and the Per Session Fee will remain the same as originally agreed except where the Coach notifies the client in writing by letter or e-mail of a change to the Fee or to any other term or condition in accordance with the section in these terms and conditions headed "Entire Agreement".

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Once payment is made for a booking, fees are 100% non-refundable, If the session is cancelled within no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the booking, a 50% refund will be issued provided full payment has been received.

  • a 50% Deposit fee remains non-refundable and will be used to cover administration costs, third party cancellation fees and set up costs incurred by the Coach as a result.

  • All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email and the cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received.

  • No refunds, credits or transfers are available for no-shows.

  • The Coach reserves the right to charge the Client for the scheduled session and for a missed/cancelled meetings.

  • The Coach will attempt in good faith and at their own discretion to reschedule/rebook event dates in case of cancellation due to extreme unforeseen circumstances.

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, the Coach can decide to terminate the service to the Client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the Client. In such a circumstance the Client will be given reasonable notice of termination where practicable and will only be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.

  • In the unlikely event of the Coach having to cancel a booking the Client will be offered to reschedule the session\s or or a full refund of all fees paid for the cancelled event.

I do not provide therapy or counselling services. My role as a coach is to support and guide you in achieving your personal and professional goals. If you have any concerns regarding your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge and understand that coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

 

The Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 has guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials to protect you from misleading advertising that’s been paid for by a company. Because Eyereka is an income source and does occasionally include promotions, endorsements and testimonials, it’s important to disclose the following:

  • I only endorse and promote products/services/businesses/methods that I trust, value and use for myself.

  • Eyereka is a source of income and may be used to promote products, services, methods or other businesses however all opinions expressed within my programs are my own.

  • I only share and promote products/services/methods/businesses that I have actually used and that I believe could be beneficial and\or of interest or value to others.

  • My Website and Program materials may contain affiliate links, meaning I get a commission if someone decides to make a purchase through my links, at no extra or additional cost to the buyer.

  • Mentions of related products/services/methods/businesses within the content of my materials may or may not be noted as an affiliate in every reference.

  • Under no circumstances do I receive free products to promote/review/sell in return.

  • Products that I review are chosen, researched in depth and paid for by myself. I do not endorse or advocate for products that I don’t believe in, have not tested and are not continuously using myself.

  • I am Self Employed and the sole proprietor of Eyereka. I am not employed by nor do I get paid by the products/services/methods/businesses, or owners thereof, to promote/review/sell or be affiliate with them.

  • My goal is to share my own journey, experience and expertise and to provide real, helpful, impactful and up to date content while generating an income for myself.

  • My reputation with my clients is one of the most valuable assets of Eyereka. I will continue to promote, review and discuss products/services/methods honestly and independently with one simple goal: To help and enhance myself and others, and to find the best possible solutions for a fuller and happier lifestyle.
